- Please note that if your order has already been shipped, cancellations will not be possible. In such cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the original shipping fees will not be refunded.
- We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests if they do not comply with the above terms.

Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery. We will guide you on how to return the item for a refund or exchange. For defective or damaged products, a full refund will be provided, provided the issue is reported within 3 days of delivery.
